Commitment To Our Community
White Oak Energy and its employees provide
extensive financial and volunteer support to a wide variety of
organizations that assist our community.
White Oak has been the title sponsor of the
Emergency Aid Coalition Golf
Fore Groceries Tournament since 2006 and organized the 2007
tournament. The EAC is an interfaith
association which provides food, clothing and aid to needy
individuals and families in the
White Oak has been a title sponsor of
The Periwinkle
Foundation’s Cycle for Life fundraising event since 2006.
The Periwinkle Programs provide healing opportunities through
exciting camping
and recreational activities for young patients from
Texas Children’s Hospital with cancer and other life threatening
diseases.
White Oak has been the title sponsor for the Be
An Angel Fund Spring Pro/Am Golf Classic since 2006 and a regular
sponsor since 2002. Be An Angel Fund is
an organization that, for over 20 years, has served the needs for
children with multiple disabilities or profound deafness in the
White Oak has been a Bronze Sponsor for the
Sunshine Kids Celebrity Auction and Golf Tournament since 2005.
Sunshine Kids adds quality of life for children with cancer
by providing them with exciting, positive group activities, trips
and events.
White Oak’s support of children in our
community is continued with our support of the Morning Glory Ranch.
The Morning Glory
Ranch provides emotional, physical and
therapeutic activities for individuals with physical or mental
impairments.
White Oak proudly sponsors a number of local athletic and school organizations as well as the Ronald McDonald House, American Cancer Society, Light the Night Run benefiting the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
